I complained to 2am in the morning sicne I could not sleep due to the roaches, they were helpful and tried their best but obviously the hotel was not open to refund my stay ( since I wanted to move out to another hotel) no matter they saw the pictures of the roaches. How it is possible they renovating the hotel and it has cockroaches in the rooms? Also you cannot sit down to the toilet because your leg doesnot fit between toilet and bidet and my legs are normal/skinny. It was not only one, but several crawling in the bathroom and kitchen area, sink, floor. The room I got was huge disappointment as 1st nite several cockroaches were climbing out in the evening that freaked me out and could not sleep all nite. Doors and other construction pieces all over the hotel.
